This year’s Columbia Heights Day will expand to not only include outdoor spaces at Tubman Elementary, but also include the Columbia Heights Civic Plaza, public space at 14th/ Girard, and businesses throughout the neighborhood. We are excited to offer a “deconstructed” street festival as we work to celebrate this unique and vibrant community in new, safe ways.
